How to Apply Online

We have simplified the admission process to make it highly accessible. Applicants should follow these 5 steps to complete their registration:

  1. Visit the Shreeja College Uttarakhand official website.
  2. Navigate to or keep your cursor on the Admissions tab on the navigation bar.
  3. From the drop-down menu, click on "Online Admission Form" (or go to Apply Online).
  4. Fill out the Shreeja College Admission Form with your personal, contact, and academic details.
  5. Submit the form online. Our admissions officer will review your application and contact you.

Documents Required for Verification

Upon receiving selection confirmation, candidates must present the following documents at the college campus:

  • Completed admission form printout.
  • Original academic certificates (Class X & XII) for verification.
  • 2 Xerox copies of Class X and XII mark sheets and passing certificates.
  • Original Migration Certificate, Transfer Certificate (TC), and Character Certificate along with 2 Xerox copies each.
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card or any valid Government ID Card.
  • 6 passport-size color photographs.
  • Undertaking/declaration form completed and attested by a public notary.

Fee Payment Rules

Selected candidates must adhere to the following fee regulations established by the board:

  • Upon admission, any further college/tuition charges must be paid immediately.
  • Tuition fees may be paid in two equal installments for the convenience of students.
  • A daily fine of ₹50 will be charged if the semester fee is not paid by the specified deadline.
  • If a student's Identity Card (ID Card) is lost, a replacement card will cost an additional ₹200.

Secure Payment Methods

To protect applicant information and maintain financial compliance, Shreeja College account coordinates are gated.

Tuition and registration fees can be deposited via:
  • Secure Net Banking / UPI transfer
  • Demand Draft / Cheque payments
  • Cash deposit at accounts counter

Verified banking coordinates (Bank of Baroda account number and IFSC details) will be sent to your registered email address once your online application passes initial review.
